3 Group Europe: This division includes telecommunications businesses in Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Austria and Ireland. Excluding the UK operations, which was disposed of in 30 July 2026, as of 30 June 2026, 3 Group Europe had approximately 32.3 million registered mobile customers and 31.1 million active mobile customers.

In Italy, WindTre serviced a registered customer base of approximately 19.0 million registered mobile customers as well as 2.5 million fixed line customers as of 30 June 2026 respectively.

In Sweden, Hi3G Access AB (“Hi3G Access”), in which CK Hutchison Group Telecom holds a 60% interest, serviced a registered customer base of approximately 3.0 million as of 30 June 2026.

In Denmark, Hi3G Denmark ApS (“Hi3G Denmark”), in which CK Hutchison Group Telecom holds a 60% interest and which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hi3G Access, serviced a registered customer base of approximately 1.8 million as of 30 June 2026.

In Austria, Hutchison Drei Austria GmbH (“3 Austria”) serviced a registered customer base of approximately 3.0 million as of 30 June 2026.

In Ireland, Three Ireland (Hutchison) Limited (“3 Ireland”) serviced a registered customer base of approximately 5.6 million as of 30 June 2026.

Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong Holdings Limited (“HTHKH”): In Hong Kong, CK Hutchison Group Telecom has an approximately 66.09% interest in HTHKH, which is listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. HTHKH is a mobile telecommunications operator that provides services in Hong Kong under the “3” Brand. HTHKH has active mobile customer base of approximately 3.2 million in Hong Kong as of 30 June 2026.
