3 Group Europe: This division includes telecommunications businesses in the UK, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Austria and Ireland. As of 30 June 2021, 3 Group Europe had approximately 43.8 million registered mobile customers and 38.0 million active mobile customers.
In the UK, Hutchison 3G UK Limited (“3 UK”) serviced a registered customer base of approximately 12.9 million as of 30 June 2021.
In Italy, W3 serviced a registered customer base of approximately 21.0 million registered customer base as well as 2.9 million fixed line customers as of 30 June 2021 respectively.
In Sweden, Hi3G Access AB (“Hi3G Access”), in which CK Hutchison Group Telecom holds a 60% interest, serviced a registered customer base of approximately 2.2 million as of 30 June 2021.
In Denmark, Hi3G Denmark ApS (“Hi3G Denmark”), in which CK Hutchison Group Telecom holds a 60% interest and which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hi3G Access, serviced a registered customer base of approximately 1.5 million as of 30 June 2021.
In Austria, Hutchison Drei Austria GmbH (“3 Austria”) serviced a registered customer base of approximately 3.4 million as of 30 June 2021.
In Ireland, Three Ireland (Hutchison) Limited (“3 Ireland”) serviced a registered customer base of approximately 2.8 million as of 30 June 2021.

Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong Holdings Limited (“HTHKH”): In Hong Kong, CK Hutchison Group Telecom has an approximately 66.09% interest in HTHKH, which is listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. HTHKH is a mobile telecommunications operator that provides services in Hong Kong and Macau under the “3” Brand. HTHKH has a combined active mobile customer base of approximately 3.2 million in Hong Kong and Macau as of 30 June 2021.
CK Hutchison Networks: A telecom infrastructure company which, upon completion of the related corporate reorganization completed in July 2020, own approximately 29,100 telecommunications network infrastructure sites across Europe. In November 2020, an agreement was entered to dispose of the Group’s European tower assets for an aggregate consideration of €10 billion. The disposals of tower assets in Denmark, Austria and Ireland, pursuant to this agreement, were completed in December 2020. Disposals of the tower assets in Sweden and Italy were completed in January and June 2021 respectively, with the disposal of tower assets in the UK expected to complete in the second half of 2021.
